Submit the contact form (bottom of this page)

If you have any questions about therapy or you would like to enquire about starting sessions with me, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. I will reply to you within the week although this is usually a lot sooner.

Arrange free introductory call

In my reply, I will share my current available schedule to see if it is compatible with yours and if it is, we can go ahead and arrange a free introductory call.

The introductory call is an opportunity for you to get to know me a little more to see if I am someone you feel like you could work with and it also allows me to gently explore your reasons for coming to therapy a little further. This helps me see how I can best support you. If, at the end of the call, you decide that you would prefer to work with someone else, or I feel that I am not best suited to your needs, I will happily signpost you to other relevant services and/or refer you to another therapist.

Schedule first therapy session

If we decide that we're a good fit to work together, we can then agree to schedule in our first therapy session together. Prior to our first session, I will email further documents that will need to be filled out, signed and returned. These include further information about yourself and also the Therapy Contract which sets out the expectations of therapy sessions.

I will support you every step of the way, whether that is with filing out forms or accessing video platforms - I am here to help!

Other ways to work with me

If 1-1 therapy isn't a fit for you right now, there are others ways we can connect.

You can sign up to my newsletter via Substack where I post helpful tools and strategies that will support your healing journey. I also share my own personal reflections and thoughts on creativity, nature and of course, therapy!

Whilst this isn't a substitute for personal therapy, you may find some content that is helpful to you so I encourage you to take a look. Take what works for you and leave what doesn't.

I'm in the process of refining my free resources and offerings and will be updating my newsletter/Substack regularly.

There will also be an opportunity to become a 'paid' subscriber where you will receive additional content and support but this is currently in the works and will be available in the near future.
